FEAL CROATIA – PRODUCTION HALL KARLOVAC

On the construction project of the FEAL production facility in Karlovac, located in the Gornje Mekušje Business Zone, geodetic works were carried out in the role of main geodetic works contractor.

Project Description:

The FEAL Karlovac production facility was built on a 46,000-square-meter plot, with the main building covering over 15,000 square meters. The facility is designed for the production of aluminum profiles, with a capacity sufficient to meet domestic market demand over the next decade.

Geodetic Works Performed:

• Structural elements of the facility – staking out and as-built surveys, material volume calculations, and obtaining necessary permits for project completion

• Auxiliary structures – geodetic works for the integration of surrounding structures with the main production hall

• Production machinery – creation of 3D models of parts of the plant structure to enable precise alignment of components for optimal machine performance

• Infrastructure – staking out and as-built documentation of infrastructure elements within the plant zone

Project Significance:

The construction of this production facility is crucial for the development of the domestic aluminum industry, enabling long-term market supply and boosting the local economy. Geodetic services ensured high precision in the execution of all project components – from infrastructure to production equipment – laying the foundation for the plant’s successful operation.
